This End User License Agreement governs your use of the DİM Bal mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store terms that apply to your Apple ID.
Pro Access
Pro Access unlocks the app's premium features, including expanded exam calculators, saved history, sharing, and future premium score calculation updates. If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases to restore eligible access with the same Apple ID.
Educational Use
DİM Bal is provided for study and score estimation. It is not an official DİM product and does not guarantee any official result, exam outcome, or admission decision. Always confirm official requirements and final results with DİM.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or misuse the app or its content except where allowed by law. You may not use the app in a way that disrupts its operation or infringes anyone else's rights.
Payments and Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests and payment issues are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
